Distance Selling Agreement

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is made between AI4Kids ("Provider", "we", "us", or "our") and the users ("User", "you", or "your") who subscribe to our digital educational platform.

1. Service Description

AI4Kids provides a digital educational platform that offers children interactive learning experiences through artificial intelligence technology. The platform includes:

• AI-powered conversational learning
• Educational image generation
• Voice interaction capabilities
• Web search functionality with age-appropriate content filtering
• Parental controls and time limitations

2. Subscription and Payment

The AI4Kids platform is available through subscription plans:

• Free Trial: A 7-day trial period with full access to platform features
• Monthly Subscription: Full access to all platform features with payment renewed every month
• Annual Subscription: Full access to all platform features with discounted payment renewed annually

Payment is processed securely through our payment processing partners. Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support.

3. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of subscription purchase (the "Cooling-Off Period").

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., by email to info@novaai.ai) indicating your intention to withdraw from the Agreement. You can use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the Cooling-Off Period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this Agreement.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the Cooling-Off Period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this Agreement.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the execution has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

7. Consumer Rights

This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. You may also have other rights depending on your location.
