This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Adversoup ("Provider", "we", "us", or "our") and the users ("User", "you", or "your") who subscribe to our platform.

1. Descripción del Servicio

Adversoup is a digital educational platform that offers children AI-powered learning experiences. Our services include:

• Aprendizaje conversacional impulsado por inteligencia artificial.
• Visual production and learning support
• Capacidades de interacción por voz
• Age-appropriate content filtering
• Controles parentales y limitaciones de tiempo

2. Subscription Plans and Payment

Users can access the platform by selecting one of the following subscription models:

• 7-Day Free Trial
• Monthly Subscription (auto-renewing) - $14.90 per month
• Annual Subscription (discounted)

Payments are securely processed through our payment partners (Stripe, Paddle, PayPro, iyzico, etc.).

3. Derecho de desistimiento

Users may withdraw from this Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of subscription purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear email to info@novaai.ai.

Note: If service provision has begun during the Cooling-Off Period, a proportional fee will be charged for the services provided.

4. Refund Terms

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.

5. Excepciones al Derecho de Desistimiento

The right of withdrawal may be lost if the subscription service has been fully provided and the user has given explicit consent.
