The platform is entirely a digital service. No physical products are shipped.
When a purchase is completed, the user account is activated within 24 hours.
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the application or by contacting info@novaai.ai.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; no refunds are provided for previously paid fees.
Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided.
However, refunds are possible in cases of legal requirement (for example, if requested within the 14-day right of withdrawal period).
